What's on?

The Sinden Theatre is a 290 seated venue located within the grounds of Homewood School in the heart of the Weald.
Opened in 2004, the venue is named after its patron, actor and former local resident, the late Sir Donald Sinden CBE.

As well as hosting regular school productions The Sinden provides a wide diversity of entertainment for the area, from standup comedy to drama and music. Artistes who have appeared here include Steven Berkoff, Tim Brooke-Taylor, Bowjangles, the Reduced Shakespeare Company, The Fureys & Davey Arthur, Sunny Ormonde and of course Sir Donald Sinden.

We presents a wide variety of shows distributed throughout the year mingled between the vast array of private bookings for local Stage schools, Dance academies and Drama groups.

    The show features Patsy Cline, Johnny Cash, Billie Jo Spears, Kenny Rogers, Willie Nelson, Tammy Wynette, Garth Brooks, John Denver, Glen Campbell and now Canadian country superstar Shania Twain and includes The Country Superstars Band.

    Top vocalist Sue Caroline presents an acclaimed showcase of The Timeless Songs Of Barbra Streisand, featuring a live band, creating a stunning and captivating tribute to one of most iconic singers of our time.
    Sue Caroline and The Andy Wall Ensemble present a captivating tribute featuring songs from Barbra’s Timeless love concert tour in the year 2000, together with other iconic songs including The Way We Were, Evergreen, Woman In Love, Don’t Rain On My Parade, You Don’t Bring Me Flowers and many more.
