Patrons purchasing tickets for any performance, show, or event at the Sinden theatre, Tenterden, either via the Box Office, in person or over the phone, or via our online ticket retailer Ticketsource (https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/sindentheatre) are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

By purchsing a ticket for a production of any type hosted at the Sinden Theatre, Tenterden you agree to the following:

 

Terms and Conditions

Once purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the show in question has a waiting list for tickets. 

Tickets are generated electronically, when purchased remotely the ticket holder is required to either print out each ticket or make their mobile device available for inspection with the ticket email displayed when presented to the relevant theatre staff to gain entry.

Tickets purchased over the phone can be emailed or printed on request to be collected on the date of the event.

Upon receipt of your ticket purchase, please check that they are for the correct performance, date, time and seating allocation as mistakes cannot necessarily be rectified on the day of the event. 

For most performances there will be a set number of wheelchair spaces available. Extra wheelchair spaces are available on request by Theatre Management. An end of row seat will either be removed to accommodate a wheelchair or an end of row seat will be left empty next to the wheelchair position so as to adhere to the maximum number of 290 seated patrons. 

Concession tickets are valid for audiences over the age of 60 or under the age of 16. Babes in arms are permitted free entry so long as they remain sat on parents lap. 

Entry will be refused if a valid ticket is not presented.

Every effort will be made to ensure admittance of latecomers within a suitable break in the performance, however admission cannot always be guaranteed. Please make sure you allow adequate time for arrival before the shows start time. 

The Sinden Theatre will not be responsible for lost of stolen tickets. The Theatre Management reserves the right to change prices, introduce discounts and cancel any event. Refunds and exchanges will be made following a cancelled event at the management's discretion. 

The use of any photographic or recording equipment is strictly forbidden unless permission has been granted by the management or an outside Hirer. Any person/s found using this equipment will be removed from the theatre without refund. 

Mobile phones are to be switched off or put on silent for the duration of all events and performances.
