Accessibility

The Sinden aims to be a welcoming and accesible venue for any and all visitors. We will always endeavour to support all our patrons to access and enjoy our events.

We have a total of 4 wheelchair accessible spaces which can also be booked as regular seats. These are identified on the booking pages as square boxes in the seating plan. Each wheelchair accessible space must be booked via a member of the box office team, which can be done by emailing boxoffice@sindentheatre.com.

When bought alongside a full-price ticket we can offer one *complimentary ticket for companions/carers who are essential for your visit. Please be aware that we may ask for indentification in the form of a letter of carers allowance or through the Cinema CEA card scheme.

Infra-Red Hearing loops are available in use in the auditoirum and can be requested from the box office. Please note there are a limited number of receivers available and they can only be used if microphones are used during the performance.

There is designated blue badge parking directly outside of the theatre foyer, this is limited so please ensure you arrive in plenty of time. The venue is step free (apart from those seated in the tiered section) and wheelchairs are able to access our bar and the accessible lavatory. Please speak to a member of the front of house team if you require any assistance.

Guide and Hearing dogs are welcome in our venue, and we also allow therapy animals (as long as they are registered and wearing the appropriate harnesses), please let the box office know if you are bringing along your animal, as a complimentary seat may need to be reserved in order to accomodate them.

For any concerns or queries please contact the box office team via email: boxoffice@sindentheatre.com
